The day is an opportunity for young people (18-28) to gather with like minded individuals in order to gain a fresh perspective.  It’s a chance to get away from the usual busyness of life – to take some time out from ‘doing’ in order to experience stillness, ground yourself and connect with your true self. 

Young people can expect to:
– Have real connections and conversations with each other
– To make better decisions and resolutions that stick
– Experience the power of letting go through mindful activities and falling still
– Learn to appreciate impermanence and interconnectedness
